Obviously lost it's charge & comp needs to be changed. Ok here in Syd Aust. told that Carrier have replacement comps for these 115Volt units though when I contacted them were puzzled! The comp is a Matsush it a Elec. model No. QA125V29CAU6, 115V. Can anyone shed some light with a replacement? If not 115volt change to 240volt using a relay perhaps? realcold Should I look at a reco? All advice appreciated. Last edited by Brian_UK; 30-03-2013 at 11:01 PM .

Thanks IM reckon that could be the original runs on R12 an oldie. Probably go with the slightly higher capacity one. The unit does have a step down tranny realcold from 240v-115v so could easily install a relay & run the 240v model. Thanks again very helpfull
