One piece of advice I would give to everyone out there: Do not use a lot of money on buying cake tins shaped like shapes. The forms are the swine animal and then it's hard to get the cake pretty the forms. There are many of you who ask me by mail how to get the chocolate cake nicely out of such a form. I do not know, I have tested many forms from Wilton unifrigor but always come to the same conclusion that it is better to make a roasting pan shape then cut out with a knife

Great cake:-) My daughter will be celebrating birthday in a week, so as I sit here to scroll through everything to find things I can make. The problem is just that I want to make everything! I will take it little by little;-)
Incredibly great cake! Impressive. How does sugar paste in the freezer? unifrigor If the cake is baked and doctored, then freeze - it tastes unifrigor just as good, or should it be fresh? (Nice with all that can be done well in advance of birthdays ...)
I've never had trouble getting the cakes nice out of character shapes. Important to bake a cake that is slightly firm (not very soft with lots of air). Until one batter into the mold, it must be sprayed with a spray form and have some flour / semulegrynsmel in. Pokes a bit on the shape so the flour settles everywhere, especially in small details, and pour off the excess (important). Cool on a rack, which is slightly high over the counter (so it's unifrigor going 'cold' air under prevails. Afterwards cake easily unifrigor drop shape when you flip it.
A chocolate cake stays 5-6 days with only butter cream and sugar paste while it is on track. Freezer it so remember to freeze it so that it is completely closed. Pick it up and thaw it and then it will be just as pretty.
Great cake :) as always! I get all sweaty all the details, and you have certainly unifrigor a bit of patience !! Ang figure molds I agree with Hilde here. I have used figure molds Wilton many times and have never had trouble getting the cakes. Form Spray and flour does the trick. But clearly, one is the bit fed the same shapes all the time then. But if anyone is interested, I have a completely stock lending :)
This here is just so insanely impressive! Just having gotten the idea for this I think is impressive .. And so much detail, and then implemented, professional and so clean. And yet plenty of inspiration for an amateur like me
