The works necessary for the entry of Porto Alegre were the agenda of the meeting of Tuesday, 5 between the mayor José Fortunati, the direction of the Guild and the Minister of Cities, Mario Negromonte. At the meeting, held in Brasilia, city hall and direction of the club dealt with the interventions necessary to adapt the neighborhood Humaita the arrival of Highway Park (BR448) refrigerated van and Grêmio Arena.
According to the mayor, the two works will generate a large positive impact on the region. "Both will help revitalize a neighborhood refrigerated van that lacks better infrastructure, especially in terms of urban mobility," stressed Fortunati, noting the need to prepare the area for these ventures.
In total, the minister were presented refrigerated van 12 works, which together account for 21 road interventions. These include, for example, the adequacy of Av. Padre Leopoldo Brentano, duplication and expansion of Av. AJ Renner, paving and access handle on Av. Ernesto Neugbauer and extension of the Fatherland Street Volunteers.
The body president, Paulo Odone said the intention of the club is doing everything to help Porto Alegre to carry out the necessary works. "The Guild is fully aware of the impact that the arena will bring in urban terms for the entry of the city," he said. The director of the Guild Ventures, Eduardo Antonini, revealed that the goal is to ensure the development of projects, crucial refrigerated van stage of the works, via partnership with OAS.
Negromonte understood the importance of the proposals and said they will partner in the initiative. The Minister instructed that interventions are included in the new CAP Mobility, who will begin the registration step further in April.
