The judge Victor Ferreira, state coordinator of the Special Courts and Alternative Dispute Resolution Programs TJ System, met this week with representatives of the Federation of Santa Catarina Entities Mediation and Arbitration (Fecema) to start the negotiations with a view to installation a new outpost of Reconciliation (PAC) near the headquarters of that entity, in Florianópolis.
Their representatives presented the opportunity, the results of I Mecca (Mutirão Extrajudicial Conciliation and Arbitration), sponsored by the Federation with the support of the Management Board of Special Courts. HI Mecca took place 15-20 April at the auditorium of Sescon. Was executed by Camaf (Chamber of Mediation and Arbitration of Florianópolis).
The Management Board and educational institutions joined the project, which trained 43 new volunteers conciliators for the event. Individuals and six commercial companies participated in the task force, in which 95% of hearings were successful, to reach agreements even before filing a lawsuit.
